How will my order be delivered?
International orders are fulfilled through the South African Post Office (SAPO) as the most affordable way to get our products to you.
What are the international delivery charges?
The delivery charges differ per product/s ordered as the cost is dependant on the length, width, height as well as the weight of your orders box/es and where the product/s is being delivered in the world.
Average costs have been applied according to our different box sizes and different postage zones.
You will see the shipment cost in the checkout process, prior to payment. The shipment will be calculated in ZAR South African Rands.
If you would prefer to liaise with us directly on the postage costs please email us on email@example.com with the product/s you would like to order, your name, contact number as well as full delivery address and we will get back to you.
How long do international deliveries take?
Delivery via airmail with the South African Post Office is estimated to take 8 days to 3 weeks.
Is there a faster delivery option?
Yes, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Courier quote.
Do I have to pay VAT and Customs and when do I pay?
Yes, you will have to pay for VAT and Customs when the order arrives in your country.
Please take this into account when making a purchase, Benji + Moon cannot be held responsible for the VAT and Customs charges that are payable, as these charges are out of our control and are determined by the customs office in your country.
Please note that your invoice will not show South African VAT as Benji + Moon are not VAT registered.
How do I work out customs on my order?
Customs and duties are sadly out of our control and are determined by the customs officers and laws in the country to which the product is being shipped.
